Fans call Big Brother “fake” after live feed reveals show is scripted
Outraged fans have taken to social media in hordes after a live feed from the Big Brother house seemed to indicate the reality show is scripted.
In scenes that were broadcast on 5* and clipped by fans for online, the remaining housemates all say goodnight to one another and head off to sleep. Or so we think. A few minutes later, the lights come back on, the celebrities get out of bed, and Big Brother promises to feed them adequately tomorrow.
Actor Ricky Norwood, who formerly appeared in EastEnders, even goes so far as to congratulate the group on a “great take” as the lights go back on.
FAKE, Channel 5 just exposed how fake it's become with a script recording ending of CBB! #CBB pic.twitter.com/UQlLurWeiC

Although Big Brother has always denied the show is scripted, the Celebrity version has never provided 24/7 feeds of what was happening in the house.
Naturally, fans were quick to complain on Twitter about the revelations, with some suspicious fans feeling vindicated and others feeling that the experience of watching has now been ruined.
Welcome, everyone, to the full proof that Big Brother is no better than TOWIE. Scripted, structured, FAKE reality.. Fakelity. #CBB
