Dani Dyer confirms new Dyer family reality series in the works
Love Island winner Dani Dyer has confirmed she is currently filming a reality series with her famous family.
Speaking to Roman Kemp, Vick Hope and Sonny Jay in the Capital Breakfast Studio this morning (September 26), she said: “We’ve just sort of started [filming the series]. It’s exciting. It is hard work though, it’s sort of back to all that again ain’t it? I’m like ‘oh no Dan, here we go again’.”
Dani is the daughter of Eastenders hardman Danny Dyer, who plays pub landlord Mick Carter in the series (though he is currently behind bars after being framed). The series will feature Dani and Danny as well as other members of the family, including Dani’s nan and grandad.
She told Hope: “It is weird. Me nan loves it though.”
Dani is most famous for her participation in this year’s Love Island, at the end of which she scooped the top prize with partner Jack Fincham.
Since leaving the Love Island villa, Dani has moved in with Jack in what she describes as “a massive change.”
She said: “It’s a massive change, ain’t it? I never thought at 22 I’d be living with someone, but I love it. I love it. It’s good.”
And on whether the couple might get any pets? “I want a pet pig!”
Tune into Capital Breakfast with Roman Kemp, weekdays from 6am – 10am and Saturdays from 6am – 9am.
